Despite some tough rhetoric by President Obama and his administration, China’s cyber order cialis usa unit is once again fully engaged in cyber attacks on U.S. interests. For approximately three months the cyber unit stopped its attacks on American infrastructure after the Obama administration personally named China as the number one country conducting attacks, but has just recently resumed their attacks.
During his State of the Union Address, President Obama called Congress to “pass legislation to give our government a greater capacity to secure our networks and deter attacks” but with full knowledge of the Chinese attacks, the administration makes no direct contact of the Chinese to stop the attacks and so they continue. With the most recent cyber security report issued from Mandiant, a private security company that not only implicates the Chinese but actually pinpoints the building where China’s cyber unit is conducting operations, it’s very obvious that the Chinese are fully aware of the offensive cyber attacks.
The hackers of China’s cyber unit are credited with scores of thefts of intellectual property and government documents over the past five years with their efforts costing companies billions of dollars every year. China’s cyber unit is located in Shanghai in a well guarded 12-story building and despite the Chinese’s insistence that they do not exist, the attacks continue.
With the upcoming visit with China’s President Xi Jinping, President Obama is not expected to engage the President Jinping in discussions about the attacks but with the recent report by Mandiant and the confirmation from administration sources, it’s clear that China is actively engaged in cyber attacks on U.S. soil and steps to directly address the attacks are long overdue.
