Study Finds USAF is the ONLY Force on Earth That Can Stop World War III

Iran is being belligerent about its nuclear program. America has continuously tried to shut down Iran’s nuclear facilities, but Iran keeps bouncing back and funding more research. Normally it’s not that big of a deal when another country gains nuclear capabilities, but the big problem with countries like Iran and North Korea is that they might just hit that big red button one day and start World War 3.

If that fateful day ever comes and Iran starts launching nuclear missiles, a study by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) suggests that there is only one organization on Earth strong enough to stop them: the United States Air Force

The report argued, “The US would be the only country that has the air power, support capability, and mix of sea-air forces in the Gulf to continue a sustained campaign over a period of time and restrike [if] after an initial battle damage assessment it is found that further strike sorties are required.”

So, what are these “capabilities that only the US Air Force currently has?” In a nutshell: versatility. Taking out Iran in a preemptive strike or during a nuclear war would be much more involved than simply flying into Iran’s air space and dropping bombs. If Iran does somehow managed to build nuclear missiles, the US is also involved in building a missile shield that can protect allied countries from Iranian ICBMs. The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense and Patriot Advanced Capability missile systems, in conjunction with superior radar systems, should be enough to shoot a nuclear missile out of the sky.
